Hotels in Santiago
You may also decide to stay in a Hotel within the city itself (approximately 50 min to the wedding venue) or if you wish to stay in Santiago before or after the big day.
If that is the case here are some recommendations for your stay.
4 hotels in 4 different neighborhoods, suitable for all various travel personalities.
Visiting Chile

1
Santiago 🌇
A sprawling city that's home to 7 million people. Santiago has a vibrant food & nightlife scene, but perhaps even more so known for it's parks, sports & cultural history. The country's capital is an epic place to spend a few days without jumping on any additional flights.
Recommended 3 days.
2
The South of Chile 🏔️
Volcanos, forests, lakes. The South is a paradise for those who like to adventure in nature. It borders Patagonia - which is a "must" for any true explorer - but even without tackling this expansive territory, the South has endless outdoor options.
Take a plane to Puerto Montt El Tepual Airport. (1.45 hours) + car to Puerto Varas (30 min)
Recommended 5-7 days.
3
The North of Chile 🏜️
Ever wanted to visit space but can't afford the Elon Musk prices? The North is home to the Atacama Desert, an other-worldly natural landscape. Sandboard in the dunes, trek through Valle de la Luna, or check out the Flamingo inhabited Salt Flats.
Take a plane to Calama El Loa Airport. (2 hours) + bus to the city of San Pedro de Atacama (50 min)
Recommended 4 days.
4
Pisco Elqui Valley
A mystical and magical Valley home to some of the biggest Pisco distilleries (you will definitely have to try some Pisco Sour at the wedding!) A perfect getaway from the bustle of the city, once the sun sets its one of the best places in the world for stargazing.
Take a plane to La Serena (55min) + transfer to Pisco Elqui (1.30hours)
Recommended 4 days.
